Christ in my Corner
The concept of someone “being in your corner” comes from boxing. It’s the idea that your coach/support team are the ones in your corner encouraging you to keep fighting in between the rounds. This how we should think about spiritual warfare, no matter how tough the battle gets we’ve got Jesus in our corner. God doesn’t promise that we won’t go through battles, he promises that He is with us in the midst of them. Open a Bible to 2 Corinthians and follow along with Pastor Kyle.
