Whether it's the latest kid singer on "The Voice" or someone who gets discovered on YouTube, there's something inspiring about watching someone's dreams come true. In a way, we all vicariously live through their experience, cheer for them, and secretly wish it was us. The question is... was it really an overnight success? There is usually a lot of hard work we simply never get to witness.
