Major Staff Role Announcements!

Dear City Church,
I am excited to formally announce several new staff roles that are bound to bless our church for years and years to come. Two out of three of these folks were already on staff prior but have been moved into new positions. The third person was not formally on staff but has served as a rockstar volunteer for many years. So the good news is that you should be very familiar with all of them!
- Aaron Al-Imam will serve as City Church’s new Worship and Youth Pastor. Pastor Aaron has been formally involved in music ministry for over 20 years. He has a calling on his life to serve the Lord as a music minister, with proven effectiveness over many different contexts. We also know his heart for our church and for our youth. We are excited to announce that he will be leading this ministry.
- Austin Dyche is being given a new role as Assistant Worship Director and Video Content Producer. Austin has been an incredible asset to our team from the day he joined in 2016. We are so grateful for his many years of faithfulness in the ministry admin role as well as helping all over the church wherever a need popped up. Austin is an incredibly passionate and gifted worship leader whose musical abilities continually bless our church. He will be working side-by-side with Pastor Aaron. We look forward to seeing how God uses him in this new role.
- Kaitlyn Prickett is being hired for the position of Volunteer/Special Events Coordinator. Kaitlyn has (more or less) grown up at City Church and she has been a vital part of our volunteer ministry pretty much the whole time. She is highly gifted with people and putting together special events. She is also currently finishing her senior year at Vanguard University. We are thankful for her heart for God and we are highly confident her skillset is perfect for this new role.
I pinch myself and thank God every single day that I get to work at this awesome place called City Church. I know all of our staff feels the same. I believe these new staff roles will be pivotal in the next season ahead for our congregation. Be sure to congratulate each of them on their new roles. Finally, let’s all commit to pray for God’s Spirit to anoint them and stretch them so our church can reach as many people for Christ as possible.
In Christ,
Pastor Kyle
P.S. We still have an open part-time “admin” position. Here is the job description. If you are interested in applying (or know someone who is), please forward them the job description and have them submit a resume/cover letter to kyle@lovehopecity.com.
