Hey Friends,

To start off, I want to express how profoundly proud I am of all of you.  Last Sunday, we were really close to breaking the century mark (100 + people at church) as a church for the first time.  We didn't quite get there, but we are growing numerically, and in depth at City Church. THAT gets me excited!  Now to the note...

I have to apologize in advance to all the men in the church I am about to offend.  If you know me... you know that I absolutely can't stand college basketball.  Fans look forward to "March Madness," as it is affectionately reffered to by admirers of the sport, with tremendous excitement and anticipation.

Me on the other hand?  I dread it because television is temporarily overtaken by a sport I do not particularly enjoy watching.  Sorry for the shocker men... but the GOOD NEWS is that here at City Church, we have our own "March Madness."  I am so excited to see what March and April will bring.  Here are a few exciting things coming up...

• Sunday, February 28th - Generation MEdia (new series) kickoff + Guest worship leader Natalie Nicoles.
• Sunday, March 21st - Baptism service immediately after church (TBD) + BBQ.
• Saturday, March 27th - Trip to Tijuana orphanage. Email Katie MacLeod if you are interested.
• March 28th - Mark Mohr (lead singer for Christafari) will give the message!  HERE is a recent article/interview with Mark.
• April 2nd - Good Friday Service @ Chain Reaction. You will NOT want to miss this night believe me.
• April 4th - Easter!!!! I am praying for a huge morning on Easter.
